What we install
New outlets and switches, dedicated circuits for equipment that is overloading a shared breaker, condenser disconnects, and panel work when the house has outgrown the panel it was built with. If the job is really a repair of something that already failed, we will say so and treat it as a service call.
What you approve first
A walkthrough of what is going in, where it lands, and a written price. Nothing is installed until you approve that number. If a smaller circuit will honestly do the job, that is the recommendation.
Questions about electrical installation
Can you add a circuit for a new air conditioner?
Yes, when the panel can take it. If the panel is full or the service is too small, we tell you that before anyone buys equipment.
Do you pull a permit?
When the work requires one, yes. We will tell you that up front, not after the wall is closed.
