Ductwork cleaning in Winter Garden
Winter Garden attics collect drywall dust, pet hair, and whatever fell into an open boot during the build. Cleaning helps when the ducts are dirty. It does not fix a crushed run.
When cleaning is the right call
A puff of dust when the fan starts, a supply boot you can wipe a finger through, or a renovation that never had the lines vacuumed. That is a cleaning. If the coil smells wet or the pan is full, stop. Moisture is a repair, and vacuuming the ducts will not dry it.
When it is repair, sealing, or a new run
Flex that collapsed, a supply that fell off the boot, or a return pulling attic air is not a cleaning. Those are duct repair, duct sealing, or duct installation. We will tell you which one before anyone quotes a package.
The dryer is a different line
The dryer vent leaves the house. The ducts move cooled air inside it. Winter Garden visits often need both, and they can be the same day. They are not the same system.
